Freelance Outdoor Instructors (Duke of Edinburgh's Award)

We have recently made an increase in the number of freelance DofE instructors on our select list.  However if you are interested in working with us in the future and would like your details to be kept on file for when we are next recruiting we'd love to hear from you.  Before getting in touch please just check you meet the following criteria:

  • Mountain Leader (summer) qualified as a minimum
  • 16hr Outdoor First Aid
  • DBS checked
  • DofE Accredited Assessor (Gold)
  • At least 2 years of ML and DofE experience
  • Prepared to travel, including work in the south east of England
  • Have at least some weekend availability in the season ahead
  • Happy to visit Learn Outdoors' offices in Rhayader, mid-Wales, for an informal chat/interview
