Train the Trainer – 1 Day Bushcraft Training Course

Complimentary Hultafors bushcraft knife

A ‘trimmed’ version of the two-day foundation course, designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to run some basic bushcraft sessions with your own groups.

The course syllabus roughly mirrors our Introduction to Bushcraft course but importantly there is an extra emphasis on exploring ways in which you would deliver basic bushcraft sessions yourself.  You'll look at assessing risk and keeping a group safe along with delivering fun and engaging sessions.

Course topics include: safe tool use, firelighting, natural navigation, basic shelter building and cooking on open fires.  Time permitting, there may also be the chance to cover additional topics.

There will be time for you to relax, practise and hone skills and proficiency in each of the topic areas, whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

This bushcraft course has proved very popular with outdoor instructors, teachers, youth leaders and many others who wish to pass on new bushcraft skills.
